Poliwrath     90 HP  fighting

FC Corkscrew Punch  30

FFCC Submission    70
Poliwrath does 20 damage to it's self

Weakness       Resistence      Retreat Cost 
       P                                         CC

Now,read submission. 20 damage to it's self. Let's see what heals 20 
Damage.......
oh yeah Berry. Attach a Berry to Poliwrath and use Submission,they will take 
70
and you will take nothing.This also works with defender.
