I learned a few things yesterday while playing my newest deck. And I do not know how to begin telling you... oh, wait, yes, i do. I have already started. Rainbow Energy has more versatility than the obvious versatility in covering all energy-TYPE requirements. found that a well-placed Rainbow will allow you the option of activating that Gold Berry when your opponent was very careful in only doing 30 damage to you. This messed up their plan pretty good as I attached the Rainbow to give my Pokemon 40 damage, then attack him and activate the Gold Berry, cleaning myself off at the same time. And, as I stumbled upon, my opponent was playing Erika's Jigglypuff with Gentle Punch where it does 40 if I am damageless and only 10 if I have any Damage on me. I was at his mercy as I just cleared off the 40 that was gently punched upon my Murkrow, and since I decided to save the powered Murkrow I promoted an undamaged, non-energized Gligar and placed the Rainbow so I would get 10 damage and then proceeded to do 20 and poison to his 'puff.
