okay,yall know what is does.but in my decks,it
is supereb.i use it in 2
decks,wiggly/stall and raindance.here are the ways
to use it:
1.damage swap to un energy pokemon (chansey inparticular) and
pokécenter
and
2.energy flow,pokecenter,raindance.
these
combos have helped me win mathces and be a fairly good player.
