(o) Energy Cycle - Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 Energy card to the
defending Pokémon and 1 of your Opponent's Benched Pokémon.
Attach that Energy card to that Pokémon.

If you play this right, allmost every darkness pokémon has difficulty
beating up your Xatu.use this trick when his active Pokémon is a Darkness
Type.
it is wise to play Unown D on your bench and a Resistance Gym.
If you flip right, choose a Darkness Energy or a Rainbow Energy.
Attsach it to another non-Darkness Pokémon.
when you switch Rainbow Energy, 10 damage to the pokémon you attached the
Rainbow Energy.
When you Switch the Darkness Energy, you give a poison-effect on the
pokémon you attached to Darkness energy.
Good to Kill "Main-Hitt-ers" or Baby Pokémon or Pokémon who can't really
Attack (Like Wobbuffet)
