Why stalls should never be used

Hey Poké people, Jerm here again, this time with a tip about deck choosing. 

Using trappers are fine, decks that run on sleep, poison, confusion, and

paralyze, are swell too.  But Stalls always backfire.  My brother sent out a

Chansey as his first, and I used Totodile.  Sure, he charged his bench up,

but sure enough, I charged up even more, before poison and small 10 damage

attacks added up to knock him out.

The moral of this story: DONT USE A STALLING DECK!
