It appears Chansey's once devestating Double Edge is being aided with the help of an Unown friend.

Unown N- 50HP  (Neo Discovery)

Power: Normal- Whenever a colorless pokémon damages 1 of your pokémon, reduce that damage by 30 (after applying weakness and resistance)  This power stops working if you have more than 1 Unown [N] in play.  (This power works even while Unown N is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed)

Chansey-120HP (Base)

Double-Edge [80]- Chansey does 80 damage to itself.

Since Chansey is a colorless Pokémon, and it is your pokémon, technically, the power should go into effect.  Chansey delivers 80 damage while taking a mere 50.  Remember, Chansey is one of your Pokémon being damaged by a colorless attack, and this power only effects YOUR pokémon, not like Sprout Tower.
