This is an article I decided to post after months, years of reading Pojo
articles, and I finally came to a conclusion:
maybe this has been repeated, but

maybe I'm being a bit touchy after reading articles and
articles of the very same topic......
THE STATE OF POKEMON( I'm gonna be short)
Right now I have to agree on one thing, which is that the
environment is simply DULL! After my last tourney, which I only saw hays, hays,
and more hays....
I simply had it! Why can't any one play anything else?
It isn't that I got bored losing and I'm whining about it, but even
regular tournament winners are quitting the game, and you know why!
The game simply got boring.....
Every game I've played, had always started in a very one-sided way. Another
thing about the game is., the opening flip decides too much.
Even after Neo: Genesis, the flip ends up deciding the very end of the
game, like who pulls of the lass-eeeeeeek combo first, or who gets a trapper
combo going first, or things like that?
My idea is, add new rules to change the game. Personally, I'm not very fond
of banning.
Rules like, say, no trainers on turn one,
or even to the extent of banning ridiculously broken cards, maybe R.Zapdos
or whatever you think(more importantly, what Wizards is thinking) that is
destroying the game.
Right now, I'm just hoping Neo 3 and Neo 4 comes out in time before I
quit.
