This is my first post to the cards tips section, but I think it's important
to know about this problem, where so many of my opponents fail.
Card drawing engines are basically put, a way to get a bigger hand. An
example is the 'Bill' Trainer in Base Set/BS2. You draw two cards.
A recent stragerty put on the official PKMN TCG site was the Misty's Wrath
/ Time Capsule Engine. However much use this may be... Don't use it to often in
the one game. Other cards like 'Prof. Oak' from Base Set/BS2 that discard a mass
amount of cards are useless.
The reason for this, is that whn you run out of cards in your deck pile,
your opponent wins!
The best card drawing engines are ones like 'Prof. Elm' from Neo Genisis
and [Engage], the PKMN PWR on 'Unown [E]' from Neo Discovery would be your best
bet.
