Wazabeee!!!:

Yo,yo,yo. I'm back with part 2 of "Me and my Unown".

Let's finish up these Unown strategys, shall we?

Unown I

Pokemon Power: Increase: Once during your turn, you may search your deck for an Unown.

Wow, that's a cheap way of getting your Unown on your bench. I wouldn't put this Unown in your deck if you are planning on trying to get the Unown that you need on your bench, like putting Unown I in your deck to get Unown D,N or M on your bench so they can defend you quicker. This Unown works FABULOUS with F,N and D, wich are a team (Get a trainer card from your deck every turn). Put your Unown I on the bench and get that team out as fast as you can! Try getting a Chaos gym into play for a little safety.

Unown M

Pokemon Power: Metal: Whenever a Metal Pokemon attacks any of your Pokemon, that damage is reduced by 30. Just awesome! A lot of Steelix were used (Notice: were used) when Neo Genesis came out and they really were a pain in the butt! It was really to kill them with their Metal energys attached and with their Chaos gyms out it was also hard to remove them. Now, with Unown M we will play at their own game!

If your deck is getting murdered by Steelix and Scizor (hardly think any deck would be weak against Scizor but anyway), throw in Unown M!

Unown N

Pokemon Power: Normal: Whenever a Colorless Pokemon attacks one of your Pokemon, that damage is reduced by 30. I am a big Wigglytuff fan. When Sprout Tower came out, it really hurt me. Now this?

For all you Wiggly players out there...goodluck, cuz Unown N is out there! I quit playing Wiggly decks because of these cards, but I do play Unown N. It's a great card against Clefables (wich are killers against Sneasel) and a great combo with Chansey (Double-Edge does 30 less damage to itself). Another amazing Unown.

Unown O

Pokemon Power: Observe: Once during your turn you may look at the top 5 cards of your opponents deck.

This card has no strategy whatsoever. You can see what your opponents next draw is, but you can't really do much about. You can see what cards your opponent has in his deck. You can use Lass and Rocket's Sneak Attack, but that's practically it. This card is part of the UNDO team.  It's a vowl so maybe it will be used in other teams. Another crappy Unown.

Unown U

Pokemon Power: Undo: Once during your turn, you may shuffle your Active Pokemon and all cards attached to it into your deck. Cool! Team these up with Metal Chansey and you have an ultimate combo!

These cards can fit in about every deck, but they are really hard to get onto your bench and very weak.

There are no Unown I in this team making it even harder to get them on your bench. Pooh....

Well, those were the Unown of Neo Discovery! I will write about the new Unown when Neo Revelation comes out around September!

***Important Tips about Unown:

1. Watch out for Pichu!!! His attack "Zzzap" does 20 damage to each Pokemon with a Pokemon Power. That means just 2 Zzzaps and your Unown go bye bye all at once! Ouch...

2. Use Chaos Gyms to save your Unown from getting Ko-ed.

3. If you are going to use Unown N,D or M, be careful when you bench them! If you have 2 or more Unown N on your bench, THE POWER DOESN'T WORK (same thing counts for Unown M and D)! I suggest to put 2 of each Unown N,D or M in your deck. But if you have an Unown N and an Unown D on your bench, they do work.

4. Always try to keep them on your bench. Do not plan on using them to attack.

5. If you really need them in your deck and are afraid of Pichu, use Berrys (not Gold Berrys, but Berrys ;) ).

Peace People.
