Hi, this is Dragon Master. I have an article on Rocket's Hitmonchan and Wobbuffet. These two will work really well in a Slowking deck and here's why. There's a deck you can build around them:

Hit You Back Deck:
Pokémon(15):
3 Rocket's Hitmonchan
3 Wobbuffet
3 Slowpoke(Neo Genesis)
3 Slowking
2 Murkrow
1 Cleffa(Neo Genesis)

Trainers(29):
3 Professor Oak
3 Gold Berry
3 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
2 Scoop Up
2 Gust of Wind
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Imposter Oak's Revenge
3 The Rocket's Trap
3 Rocket's Sneak Attack
2 Ecogym
2 Resistance Gym

Energy(15):
4 Darkness Energy
6 Psychic Energy
5 Fighting Energy
     This is an idea. Change the deck to fit your style, but here's how it works. You see, Rocket's Hitmonchan used to be the best Fighting Pokémon ever, and then Rocket's Zapdos came and ruined it. People are starting to use it again but very few since there's still Rocket's Zapdos. The idea of the deck is to use Rocket's Hitmonchan and Wobbuffet to counter your opponent's attacks and hit your opponent right back, hence the name.
    The Pokémon are fairly simple. Rocket's Hitmonchan will use Crosscounter, and Sneasel won't attack most of the time except with its fairly bland Fury Swipes in fear of the Crosscounter. Or, Sneasel will retreat and out will come Rocket's Zapdos. And here's the part where Rocket's Zapdos starts Electroburning Hitmonchan and because Hitmonchan is a Fighting Pokémon, it can hardly do a thing to Rocket's Zapdos. But that's where Resistance Gym comes in. Now, Rocket's Zapdos can burn R's Hitmonchan but at risk of taking 130 damage! And 3 Slowking on the Bench will spell doomsday for your opponent's chances of playing Trainers. But, then what about Igglybuff? Here's where Murkrow comes in. Murkrow will stop the Defending Pokémon cold, you strip it of its Energy while you play Super Energy Removal, and next turn Feint Attack the Bench. The Trap combo also helps devastate your opponent's chances of getting a good draw. Then, if a non-Fighting Resistant Pokémon decides to play stall on Rocket's Hitmonchan and not attack during the late game, smack it with Magnum Punch for 50 damage(100 if Electabuzz or any of the other Fighting-weak Pokémon. But what if Rocket's Hitmonchan just couldn't do the job?? Then you've got its Psychic partner Wobbuffet. This is a neat and handy trick. Use Wobbuffet's Counter attack. Wobbuffet will cause opponent's to fear once again smacking Wobbuffet. And Wobbuffet's 90 HP will keep opponents on their toes. The lone Cleffa is there to act like a Professor Elm in an attack.
    The Trainers look a little complex, but aren't. Professor Oak is there for monstrous card-drawing and Gold Berry provides staying power in case you got hit by a big attack that didn't knock you out. Computer Search and Item Finder are staples to almost any deck and Scoop Up provides even better staying power. The Trap combo assists Slowking while Gust of Wind allows you to haul out for a quick knockout or play it safe. Super Energy Removal provides stalling power. Ecogym helps as an anti-Energy Removal and Resistance Gym tries to make sure the Counter or Crosscounter has a better chance of hitting against Resistant Pokémon.
    As for the Energy, it's all there for the obvious reasons. Darkness for Murkrow, Psychic for Wobbuffet and the Slowpoke family and Fighting for Rocket's Hitmonchan. They can also be used for Cleffa, if desired.
    This deck actually is a good deck. But if you like it, don't miss my next deck, Beauty Salon Trap!

And, in case you hadn't noticed, Murkrow's Pokémon Deck Fixes, the site, is back up at its usual address(http://pokemondeckfix.homestead.com/Main.html). Visit the site but only to have your decks fixed and to look at the poll. Thanks Murkrow!!!!
