There’s only one
purpose for Shining Steelix. That is: Drafting it. It’s REALLY hard to
get the Metal Energies it needs in Draft, but if you don’t get the Metal
Energies ( which is extremely likely ), just sell it off for more
Drafts, because it’s worth lots of money. The thing is, you’ll pretty
much have to pull Shining Steelix yourself, because if someone else
pulls it, they’ll definitely first pick it for its monetary value.
