Here is a list of the Pokemon Powers from Gym Heroes:

Brock's Rhydon-Bench Guard- If Brock's Rhydon is Benched, you may move 10
damage from each Pokemon to Brock's Rhydon. Great for saving those Mr. Mimes
from Articuno's Blizzard.

Erika's Vileplume-Pollen Defense- You can confuse your opponent if they
attack you. Makes them either rethink attacking, or be more cautious. I like
this one.

Lt. Surge's Magneton- Energy Charge- Good way to load the four energies onto
it to be able to use Mega Shock. You could use it with Pokemon Center. Just
put the energy on Magneton, then Pokemon Center. Just leave the energy on
things with no damage, and move ones that do.

Misty's Tentacruel- Flee- Prevents Confusion, Paralysis, etc. from Misty's
Tentacruel. Only damage is done to it. Use with Switch.

Rocket's Moltres- Rebirth- After your opponent KO's it, you can bring it back
for more torture.

Erika's Victreebel- Fragrance Trap- 3 Words- GUST OF WIND! 2 more words, "IF
HEADS"

Misty's Cloyster- Shell Armor- Reminds me of Defender, just only reduces by
10, not 20.

Rocket's Snorlax- Restless Sleep- It's a good way to add damage, but it only
does 20 damage, and it needs to be Asleep to use it.

Erika's Dratini- Strange Barrier- The Power that has brought a new meaning to
torture. One way around it is to evolve. Only reduces damage from BASIC
Pokemon...which is usually most anyway.

Erika's Oddish- Photosynthesis- Very similar to Charizard's Energy Burn, but
works while Erika's Oddish is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

Blaine's Vulpix- Natural Healing- Remove 1 damage counter only. OK, but not
really useful.
