Pokemon Powers Base-Rocket and uses:

Alakazam- Damage Swap- Put the Damage counters on a Chansey, then Scoop Up.
Blastoise- Rain Dance- Self explanatory
Charizard- Energy Burn- Leave Charizard on the bench, load it up with as many
energies as possible, then kick some tail.
Machamp- Strikes Back- Good to add damage.
Venusaur- Energy Trans- Bring Venusaur out, Energy Trans 4 energies on to it,
and use Solarbeam.
Electrode- Buzzap- Best used when Electrode has only 10 HP, then use as 2
energies for anything.

Mr. Mime- Invisible Wall- Absolutely best to stay invincible. Add 1 Defender
to end ALL damage done that turn.
Snorlax- Thick Skinned- NO negative conditions affect you! No annoying
Paralysis!
Venomoth- Shift- Really only good in a multi-colored deck, so you can Shift
to another type that will help you do damage.
Vileplume- Heal- Only 1 damage counter IF HEADS?!?! Has few uses. Also
cancelled if Asleep, Confused...
Dodrio- Retreat Aid- Best with Snorlax, or anything with high retreat costs.
Mankey- Peek- Look at your next card of the deck to see if it is a necessary
energy, or a good trainer.

Aerodactyl- Prehistoric Power- Prevent Charizards. Just evolve yours first,
BEFORE playing Aerodactyl.
Ditto- Transform- Imitate your opponent! Beware of low HP's on opponents
bench (hint...hint...)
Dragonite- Step In- Use to forego high retreat costs. Use Step In to bench
Snorlax, then retreat Dragonite for only 1, not 4.
Gengar- Curse- Best used in multiples to move damage to low HP's for easy
Prizes.
Haunter- Transparency- Helps to lower damage done severely. Only half the
attacks hit!
Muk- Toxic Gas- Stop Ditto dead! Also stop Dk. Vileplume, so you can use
trainers.
Slowbro- Strange Behavior- Move damage from better Pokemon to Slowbro, then
Super Potion.
Kabuto- Kabuto Armor- WHY? Close to no use, just lowers damage. In one hit,
it'll be dead anyway!
Omanyte- Clairvoyance- Your opponent can't hide anything from you.
Tentacool- Cowardice- Use Alakazam's Damage Swap to move damage to Tentacool,
then Cowardice. Repeat this...

Dark Dragonite- Summon Minions- Good for Wiggly decks where you load your
bench with basics.
Dark Dugtrio- Sinkhole- Makes opponent rethink retreating, if it's close to
knocked out.
Dark Golbat- Sneak Attack- Use Scoop Up to use this every turn, OR use Mew's
Devolution Beam,.....
Dark Gyarados- Final Beam- Great Kamikaze last shot. If heads, do 20 damage
for EACH water energy!
Dark Slowbro- Reel In- Bring back great evolutions like Alakazam.
Dark Vileplume- Hay Fever- The one power other than Rain Dance that is
despised by the majority of people. No trainers!
Dark Dragonair- Evolutionary Light- Use this power to find all evolutions,
then finally evolve into Dk. Dragonite.
Dark Gloom- Pollen Stench- OK for torturing opponents with Confusion
Dark Kadabra- Matter Exchange- Get rid of useless evolutions in your hand, to
get 1 new card.
Dark Muk- Sticky Goo- Adds 2 to your opponent's retreat. Make Snorlax's 6!
Dark Primeape- Frenzy- Makes its Frenzied Attack do 70 damage, but possibly
50 to self.
Charmander- Gather Fire- Use to add a lot of energy to it, then use Breeder
to get Charizard out..
Drowzee- Long-Distance Hypnosis- Risky, but it occasionally works.
Rattata- Trickery- Best used with Here Comes Team Rocket....
