I know Cleffa is a totally broken card, but it's not a super card where it
can replace Oak or something.  I even have 2 in my deck! But if you compare
it to Elm, actually Elm is better. Since Cleffa's attack, Eeeeeeek, is an
ATTACK, your turn ends immediately after your shuffle your hand and draw 7.
But Elm, you can at least play the energies, the pokemon, and attack(One that
actually does damage) before your turn ends.  Also, if you have little Cleffa
as your active or benched, 30HP? The Baby Rule is OK, but I don't like having
a 50/50 chance of my opponent taking a prize easily. I myself give my Cleffa
a James Bond sorta role. I play it, immediately use Eeeeeeek and next turn
scoop it up. Cleffa is good, but don't go ranting about it.
