Dark Armor wouldn't work. It specifically says on Dark Energy "...put a
damage counter on the Pokemon Dark Energy is attached to if..." The damage
counter is placed onto the Pokemon, damage is not done to it, so it's not
reduced, and Dark Armor doesn't work.

"Raindancing" water energy onto Lanturn wouldn't work either. "Raindance"
allows you to attach additional water energy onto your WATER Pokemon.
Lanturn is electric-type, making it also void.
