How feel you?
As you americans know the NEO expansion just came out, and as the only
personnage who submits to this site named Robodude, it is my duty to bring
you the cards that are good but often ignored.  But for this I will double it
as a rant.  This time I'll do the rant first.

--Rant starts--

HEY WIZARDS!!!!!  WHAT"S THE BIG DEAL WITH NOT TRANSLATING THE VENDING CARDS
INTO ENGLISH???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

--Rant over--

Well I'm glad I got that out of my system.  Now where was I ?  Lets sees here
...intro, check ...rant, check ... go through checklist, check ...cards
...THE CARDS!  I almost forgot about the cards!  O.K. here are the cards; the
"NEO HIDDEN POWER CARDS"

        5.Ferligatr (L.V.69)
This could be the next Charizard!  It could re-engineer the stall deck!
Here are some tips on using it's pokemon power to help it's attack, and your
deck:

1.) Put it in a Raindance/Stall deck, and only evolve it from Croconaw when
you have a dead or dying Blastoise, and about 2 dead Lapras, or 15 or under
cards in your deck (Trust me on this).

2.) If you have a no removal gym, get rid of it (That was more of a "out of
battle" tip).

3.) Use as many Bills, Bill's Teleporters, Professor Oaks, and Blaine's
Quizzes as possible (Card drawing is important in it's pokemon power) .

4.) When you use something that requires discarding cards from your hand
(Computer search, Item finder, ect.) discard water energys only.

5.) Don't worry about not drawing cards, or not having any water energys in
your deck, The attack will regain the number of cards in your deck, and then
some.

        4. Heracross
"I dub thee, apprentice of Vileplume!"
Just thought I'd put up a quote.  This card can anihalate almost every fast
fighter (even the now formerly invincible MP Mewtwo).  Here's the strategy
that proves it:

1.) Attach Gold Berry to it the first chance you get.

2.) Attach energys like you would any slow grass pokemon (Gold berry will
heal the damage).

3.) If your facing a MP Mewtwo the pokemon power will automatically raise
Megahorn's base damage to 120 and if your lucky you'll kill it.  If your
facing some other fast fighter, Keep using Megahorn, until it gets down to 20
HP or below, and when it does you'll either win or lose.

        3. Lugia
Finally, something you can use rainbow energys on!

        2. Gold Berry
In one of my other "Hidden Power" reports I called Super potion better
than Scoop up.  I take it back - THIS is better than Scoop up!

        1. Bill's Teleporter
Flip a coin and, draw cards.  It's that simple!

Well that's it!  I just have 1 regret...I wish I could make it up to 10!  I
didn't even get to mention Milktank, or Magby, or Professor Elm.  Oh well. I
guess that will have to wait untill next year!  I'll see you in 2001!  :)
