Dear PoJo,
Ok, this time I will not try to make mistakes! In Chaos Gym, I meant
Explosive Gym! This time, I have my Neo:Genesis Collection in front of me to
make sure!

I'm about to write the Top 20 Neo:G Pokemon here, then the Top 10 Neo:G
Trainers under it. All of them have descriptions. Read on!

Top 20 Neo:G Pokemon:
20.Cyndaquil(lv.21) For some reason, this guy seems to be the greatest basic
to a stage 2 in the set. 50 HP, a one energy attack, a colorless attack, and
a weakness to a type that is never played anymore? Pretty good!

19.Bayleef(lv.23) Bayleef isn't exactly great, but Pollen Shield can be
Snorlax's Power with a throw in-30 damage. Poison Powder is the original run
of the mill grass attack.

18.Xatu Hey! A mix of Hypno and Alakazam! Not the greatest combination of
cards.(It would be better if Xatu had Damage Swap and Dark Mind mixed in
instead) Resistance is good, 80 HP passes, and Confuse Ray is a bit
expensive, but it's still good.

17.Stantler A nice throw in card. Could be better,  but it's nice to start
off with, but not good in the mid to late parts of the game. DCE is needed
for Stantler to be a bit better.

16.Heracross Heracross is a pokemon that is better with Damage Swap and Gold
Berry. Final Blow can get rid of Chansey, Hitmonchan, Scyther, and every
other pokemon in the game if the coin gets heads.

15.Murkrow An obvious mistake made by many people, including Pojo's Neo
transalations went to believe Feint Attack only did 20 not counting Darkness
Energy. Yes, it does do 30 to the ACTIVE pokemon only, but if you attack a
benched pokemon, it's 20 damage. Still, Murkrow deserves 15.

14.Clefairy Combos, Combos, oh the Combos you can do with Squaredance. How
bout do a little squaredance, then let's raindance!

13.Jumpluff The cheapest Stage 2 evolution. Low HP, but a fighting resistance
and Leech Seed and Sleep Powder deliver the goods. Free retreat too.

12.Ariados Poison Bite is pretty broken. So many effects and you don't need
to flip coins! Finally, a no flipper card. Downside is low-low HP.

11.Girafarig Psybeam is good, 60 HP is good, no weakness and retreat is good,
fairly good!

10.Noctowl Glaring Gaze is a reusable, yet less reliable, RSA. But, It's
still good that you don't loose any trainers if the opponent doesn't have any
trainer cards.

9.Feraligatr(Lv.69) Prof.Oak defiantly helps this card, so does Misty's
Wrath. Do up to 140 damage to anybody, then make your deck grow larger!
Feraligatr might start the "Riptide" Archetype Deck.

8.Skarmory Resistance to Grass, including Scyther? We thought it would never
be possible. Steel wing and using Metal Energy makes Venusaur and a Scyther
that used Swords Dance only lay 10 damage. Skarmory will be played.

7.Slowking I get the feeling this might start a new deck type also. Slowking
just stops your opponent from getting anything new besides a trainer they
couldn't use last turn. Mind Blast is also great, and 80 HP is nearly
unstoppable.

6.Aipom Sleeper of the set. Filfer doesn't have a coin flip to get Aipom back
in the deck. And you might have the chance to shuffle a discarded card too.
Alakazam now has a pet ape to use.

5.Lugia Not as good as people think it might be, but it passes. Three
energies of different types is not really good, and then discarding them is
pretty bad. Ecogym is needed for this card to be good.

4. Sneasel It's second attack can do 60 damage! Bad side-it's extremly weak
to super energy removal. So, it won't be played as much, but will if SER is
removed, then Sneasel would rule all!

3.Gligar Dr.Evil had a mini-me. RSA had a mini-me. Jigglypuff had a mini-me.
And now Scyther is the one with the mini-me.

2.Meganium(Lv.57) Wild Growth is just broken. Scyther can get faster WITHOUT
DCE! Meganium WILL start the new archetype.

1.Cleffa! Draw 7 cards and shuffle your hand into your deck, no discarding?
BROKEN! BROKEN! BROKEN!

Granbull, Snubbull, and Shuckle
