Okay, I just have to say something concerning the Killer Deck reports
and and Tips & Strategy sections.

Ahem.

BE NICE.

Too many times I have read one of the killer deck reports or browsed
through the tips & strategy sections and saw discusting and repulsive
behavior. Too many times have I seen some 'great player' referring to
some younger or less experienced kids as 'idiot', 'brat' or other names,
either cause they lost or won the game. Remember, the kids that aren't
doing so well might someday come back to haunt you (and my friend knows
that very well, since she taught me and now I beat her regularly in a
game). In fact, you should be *helping* them to become better players.
Sure, it may suck to lose to someone else, but crushing the person
brutally gets boring after a while too. Don't think that just because
you won some tournament gives you any right to act like a complete snob
and look down upon everyone you've beaten. with that sort of attitude,
nobody will ever play you again. Why should they? They have nothing to
gain except for your scorn if they beat you, or humiliation if they
don't?

And concerning the tips section. Just because someone, in their
eagerness, accidentally makes a mistake in their post doesn't mean you
have to reply in a rude fashion. Kindly tell them they are mistaken,
then find some way to make their strategy work, if possible. Also, don't
say 'this card sucks cause blah blah blah'. Let the other players decide
that. Who knows? Maybe they'll come up with a killer strategy concerning
the card you thought was utterly useless, or a new set well come out
that makes this card useful (and we all remember how we thought Lass
sucked, till Wigglytuff made the scene). Same goes for archtypes.
Instead of saying they suck are they're overpowering, *find* some way to
beat them! Even if your idea is really far fetched.

Keep an open mind, be a good sport, and most of all, think about the
other people before you decide to tear them a new airhole.

Thank you.

(PS, please stop posting your homemade Pokemon cards, or at least nag
the Pojo people to make an 'Original Ideas' section to post them.
*winkwink* It gets confusing when people go looking for hot new
strategies. Thanks. :>)
