Hey Pojo,
                            This is Jason, creator of the deck "Jason's
Powerplant" Thanks for posting it if you did. I've got 4 cards here that
need some credit! First off, here's Kingdra.   Kingdra has a retreat of
only 2 energy, no weakness or resistance. 90 HP keeps it alive, and
Dragon Tornado kicks fire tooshie. Agility is OK, especially if your up
against a Cyndaquil or Charmander.     Elekid:   No retreat, no weak or
resist. Baby power helps keep it alive, and playful punch can put an
extra 20 or 40 damage before your attack. If you plan to evolve it, use
the Basic Buzz.    Jumpluff:  No retreat helps. Fighting resist wards of
Chans, and the 70 HP makes it a kind of cheap Scyther. 1 energy attacks
make up for having to evolve. Sleep Powder is the one you want to stick
with, unless Jumpy is dying.  Jumpluff isn't alltogether bad, but the
attacks could use Elekid's power for that extra pop of damage.
Magby: No resist isn't great, but no weakness makes up for it. Magby is
kind of a mini Muk, new and not improved. 30 HP is baby stuff (
literally.) Baby power protects, but if your trying to evolve the
babies, just use their parents!! Pichu is about the only one worth
using. Use Pichu and Gengar to kill a benched Mime.
