how to kill ferrigatr,steelix, tyranitar or any
other big bastard pokémon with a lot of
HP.
The answer is : Missdreavus
lets take a look at missdreavus
status:
type, psychic
50HP
1 PSY, sleepy eyes: the defending pokémon is
asleep
3 PSY, parish song: if the defending pokémon is
asleep and was attacked by sleepy eyes in your last turn, that pokémon is
knocked out.
weakness, none
resistance, fighting
retreat, 1
here's the deal first u use sleepy eyes to stall a
little bit.
when u have 3 psy energies attached to missdreavus,
u can use parish song.
the good news is that the pokémon is automaticly
dead, nothing could prevent it from dying, not even focusband.
focusband requires that the pokemon gets
damage.
you probably start thinking, what if the defending
pokémon awakens ?
there for we have the trainer sleep! :
the card only says that it should be asleep and
attacked by sleepy eyes first before u can make him faint.
it doesn't say it should still be asleep by sleepy
eyes.
if the oppenents pokemon is awake use
sleep!
okay, you'll have to flip, but if you flip heads
(s)he's a sleep.
because you attacked with sleepy eyes in your last
turn,
you have done everything that is required and that
means the defending pokémon is dead.
note: don't forget that players have to flip if the
defending pokémon is asleep BEFORE drawing a card.
lots of people forget this, you wouldn't forgive
yourself if this little thing would stop you from beating ferralligatr,
right?
