I have noticed that Porygon2 could be really good in some decks now. Here are some Pokémon that I think could benefit from it:

Shiny Gyarados: Enough said already. So many different Energy costs is perfect for Porygon2.

Lugia (NG): Pretty obvious. Use Converter to change Energy into the appropriate types.

Ho-oh (NH/NR): Convert Energy into different types to do more damage!

Dark and Steel Pokémon: Change Energy into Dark or Steel Energy for more capacity of Energy, even if it doesn't provide extra effects.
