Sparkey: Hello again. Charizard and I have found a card that will drive

opponents insane.

Charizard: Funny thing is though, it hardly ever sees the light of day.

Sparkey: The card is: Misty's Poliwag Lv.15! Use Hypnotic swirl over and over

untill your opponent goes crazy. For those of you who don't know what the

attack does, here it is: [W] Hypnotic Swirl   Flip a coin. If heads, the

defending pokemon is now paralyzed. If tails, it is now asleep.

Charizard: This card makes an excellent opening stall. You are almost

garanteed that your opponent won't be able to attack next turn.

Sparkey: Just yesterday, I beat a Raichu (base)and a Kadabra(base) using one.

I admit that my flips were indeed, lucky. But still...

Charizard: Of course, this card is too weak to build a deck around. It's

mostly just a nice compliment to a water deck.

Sparkey: Yeah, and since it's common, you won't have trouble finding one. or

two. or ten. Or a hundred.

Charizard: A very nice compliment to a raindance deck. Especially if you

include Misty's Poliwhirl.

Sparkey: Think this card will ever see tornament play?

Charizard: I think that maybe it will, in some Feraligatr or Raindance decks.

Maybe 2 or 3 is enough for any one deck if it doesn't use Misty's Poliwhirl.

I don't think it will end up on the list of cards that people want banned,

though.

Sparkey: Dunno about that, Charizard. I battled one once, and it was more

annoying than Slowking.

Charizard: That's saying something, Sparkey.
