As many people know, Rocket On only lets you use cards from Team Rocket 
onwards. People with Rain Dance decks will lose Blastoise - the thing that 
makes up Rain Dance - but on the plus side, people can use Dark Blastiose 
and still have Wooper.

Haymakers will lose almost everything, like Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Scyther 
and Magmar, but on the plus side they still have movie promo Mewtwo and 
Rocket's Zapdos.

Stall decks lose their friends, Alakazam, Chansey, Mr Mime and Moltres. On 
the plus side, though they still have the Undo Unowns.

There may be many new archetypes popping up.
