The Strategy is to have Discovery Eevee out as your Basic (on your 1st turn 
if possible) then attach a Lighting Energy & use its Pokemon Power. Search 
for a Dark Jolteon & evolve Eevee. You now can use Lighting Flash. Its just 
the same as Fossil Magmar but it does Double the Damage. Its Perfect for 
First Turn Stall but if you team it up with Dark Dugtrio & Elekid on your 
Bench, You can do about 40 damage which KOs most of the Peoples Fave Neo 
Basics & if you're Opponent tries to Retreat, On a Successful Coin Flip it 
does 20 More Damage with Dark Dugtrio's Sinkhole Power. The Trouble is 
though that there's a lot of Coin Flips for this Startegy but its still Good 
as you can attack on both yours & your Oppenents Turns. From the Workshop,
