Alright, in response to Mothboy's analysis of SI Mew, stating that
Rainbow Energy can not be used BY ITSELF to attack any color of your
choice, let's look at the OFFICIAL WOTC TEAM COMPENDIUM ruling:

This is an official ruling.  Rainbow energy can both pay for the psychic
cost, as well as then act as all types of energy because of the timing. 
You never "decide to make rainbow energy one type for the rest of your
turn."  It is always ALL ENERGIES, however it can only fill one energy
slot in the cost of an attack.  End debate, this is it.
