This is written to clear up the misconception about Mew's use of Rainbow 
Energy. You CAN use Rainbow without the Psychic and still use the attack to 
full effect. Unfortunately, you're still left with a 20HP pokemon. :<(

I'll explain why you can use Rainbow with Mew successfully. First, attach 
the energy. Then, you have the Rainbow be Psychic to provide the cost of the 
attack. The attack states that you can choose any colour of energy attached 
to Mew, and Rainbow can provide any colour. Someone wrote in saying that 
this wouldn't work as Rainbow can only provide 1 colour at a time, but you 
pay the cost BEFORE making any choices required for the attack. This means 
that you can match the cost, using Rainbow as Psychic, and then after the 
cost the Rainbow can provide any colour again, so choose Dark to fry all 
those crazy Sneasels.
