Okay, neomaster and Togepi are making their second post.  I've learned that my Togepi used Metronome on TR's Meowth and by some odd reason, it can talk.  Okay, okay, now you want to know the strats.  Togepi, the board.*Togepi waddles over to a covered chalkboard and removes the cover.

Togepi:  Togepiiiii, First off, everyone is probably maxing out on Slowkings due to the PP, but in the wrong deck, he needs a combo.  Togepiiii.

neomaster:  He's right.  If you read the fine print (heck, its all fine print) it reads that the card goes on top of their deck.  I know many decks that take a long time to finish and run the risk of decking.  So the combo is--

Togepi:  Togepiiiii, Slowking + Fossil Moltres.  Put the Oak back on top and next turn wildfire it away.  Togepiiiii.

neomaster:  Yes, and even w/out the decking possibility, it helps.  The second combo, as you can see here, is involving the ever popular Dark Plume deck.  As everyone knows--

Togepi:  Togepiiii, most grass Poke are weak to fire.  But everyone also knows that the error Dark Plumes are weak to fighting.  That is a good idea, 2 fire weak and 2 fighting weak.  Togepiiii.

Now, Oak vs. Elm, the ever popular contest.

Drawing:
Oak:7 cards
Elm:7 cards

Oak: 1 point
Elm: 1 point
--------------------
Current Hand
Oak:Discard
Elm:Deck

Oak: 1 point
Elm: 2 points
--------------------
New Hand
Oak:Use anything
Elm: Can't use trainers

Oak: 2 points
Elm: 2 points
-----------------

Togepi:  Togepiiiii, so in conclusion, either one would work depending on your strategies.  Togepiiii.
