Hello, just my comments:

11.Energy Charge
You have to flip a coin to retrieve two energy cards and
put them into your deck. Why? We have nightly garbage run
with no flipping, we now have Ecogym and No Removal Gym,
Fossil Gastly-Oh, your getting the picture. Energy Charge
is too weak to handle.

No, not great, but Energy
Charge can return NON-BASIC energy to your deck, something
NGR cannot do.  That means the all-important Darkness
energy that your opponent just Energy-Removaled from your
Sneasel.  It would be broken if it didn't require a flip,
so therefore it does.

7.Devolution Spray
Why would we want to un-evolve? I don't like this card. It
cannot combo. I have yet to see a good deck running a few
of these. If it worked on your opponent, it would be
awesome.

Ususally not a good card, but to say it CANNOT COMBO is
extreme.  Nearly every card out there has COMBO potential
if you just think about it.  Hmm, let's see when would you
want to devolve, maybe because you want to re-evolve next
turn.  Think about those cards with Pokemon Powers that say
"when played from your hand":
Dark Dragonite's "Summon Minions"
Dark Golbat's "Sneak Attack"
Dark Slowbro's "Reel In"
Feraligatr's "Berserk"
Typhlosion's "Fire Boost", and my favorite
Meganium's "Herbal Scent"

6.Pokedex
I DO NOT get this card PERIOD. Just re-organize the top of
your deck. Could help, but very rarely. Like many of the
cards here, Pokedex cannot combo with any card. Pokedex
just seems to be bland, no one has ever used it, or dared
to use it. And, now we have the new pokedex

Again, to say one card CANNOT COMBO is extreme.  Think
about when it's very very important to know what's at the
top of your deck.  I've used this card in my Blaine's
Magmar deck.  Pokedex before "Lava Burst" to make sure you
have enough enough fire energy there to KO the defending
pokemon.  And, if you want a couple of the cards in your
hand instead, put them at the top, Bill, then "Lava Burst."
Yes, it does work.

1.TIE:Cleffa, Magby, Pichu
Yes, these cards are horrible. There a great baby killers
now. Babies are just to weak. Yes, I DID right Cleffa
there. I've played Cleffa before, and it is just plain
terrible. Magby has a weak move, and Pichu can attack
your own pokemon power pokemon too. These cards are
terrible, and I don't think should be used.

!?!?!?!?!? You can't be serious about Cleffa.  All I can
say is Cleffa+Lass=DISRUPTION -- one of the strongest
combos in the game now.  Get rid of all your opponent's
opening hand trainers, and get yours right back!

Peace out,
