Chris again, this time with tips and combos on how to use one of my
favorite cards to date: Fossil Articuno. Below are some facts about Articuno
and ways to either fix the problem, or abuse the privilege:

** 70 HP.= 70 HP has been the cut-off recently to help decide if the card is
good, or needs help. With the release of Neo, Gold Berry helps this card very
well. Otherwise, HP has no problem.

** Bottom Stats.= This part of the card helps it in play. I'll start with
weakness. It's weakness is... NONE! At least, now you won't have to Gust of
Wind out something on your opponents bench so Electrics won't kill you.
Resistance to Fighting really helps to prevent damage from Hitmonchan and
other Pokemon. The retreat of 2 can be solved by using Switch. Unless
necessary, don't pay the retreat.

** Freeze Dry.= The ability to Paralyze has always been good. To counteract
the energy cost, I would prefer to use No Removal Gym, Ecogym, or even Chaos
Gym to stop Trainer flow. Usually in two attacks, you can KO most anything
with a PlusPower.

    Articuno can be used without the help of Blastoise, but it must be
combined with certain cards to help either speed it up, or to help keep it
going. PLEASE, PLEASE send any decks, namely Articuno decks to me for review.
