The Best use For Clefairy Doll

You and you opponent each have one prize left. Your freind's 
charizard went out to fight. Your fighting pokemon is an energyless dewgong. You 
have a wartortle with 3 water energy under it and in your hand you have a 
clefairy doll, a blastoise, and 2 water energy. Well, your opponent thinks he 
knows that he's gonna' win. He doesn't know you have another trick up your 
sleeve. It's your turn. You evolve wartortle, use blastoise's pokemon power and 
put 2 water energy under him. You use clefairy doll and put dewgong on your 
bench. It is now your opponents turn. He/she uses fire spin, it kills clefairy 
doll, then he/she discards two fire energy that were under charizard. It's your 
turn, you could either put blastoise out and kill charizard with one hit or you 
could let your opponent suffer through one more losing turn, then kill his 
charizard.
