I recently read an article about how all of Pidgeot and Pidgeot's line stinks.  I love Pidgeot on the Gameboy, and on the card, so let's rate it.(10 different catigories for this card)
   Stage 2.  Ooohhh..not good.  .3 points
   Colorless-GREAT!             1 point
80 HP- Hmm...not bad, not good.  .5 points
Retreat- no cost- Great!  1 point
Rarity- rare.  Not good     .1 point
Wakness to electric-not good-to many Electabuzz's out there.  However, there are more MEwtwo's and Scythers..
.5 points  (how can a weakness get a point?  Depends on what the weakness is!)
Resistance-fighting.  Good.  way too many Hitmonchans out there.   1 point
Attacks- energy cost is 2 and 3.  GReat.  1 point
   20 damage for 2 energy-not that good....  .5 points
(WHAT??? Have you checked out the dark Charizard? 10 damage for one colorless!!!)
30 damage for 3 energy..hm...  WAIT!  Let's read the attack, rather than tossing the card aside.  ok, we send the pokemon back to the hand, unless it is knoocked out.  This eliminates Blastoises, but it does give the opponent a "Scoop Up" for free.  However, if they had a fully loaded Blastoise, say bye-bye to it.  Say hello to the Puny little Squirtle that they have to play now!  Well, that's it.  Please, READ WHAT THE ATTACK DOES before you toss it away!
