I have found a pokemon with a Pokemon Power like no other, a card that
has the potential of 630 HP!  With 1 of it and 59 Psychic energy.  It is a
card that used to have a maximum of 30 HP and was increased to 50 HP.  Do you
give up?  The new card I am talking about is Sabrinas Gastly.  Here are the
stats.

Basic Psychic Pokemon
Lv. 10
40 HP

(Pokemon Power) Gas Body
This Pokemon's Maximum HP is increased by 10 for each P energy card attached
to this Pokemon.  This Power WORKS even while this pokemon is Asleep,
Confused, or Paralyzed.

Weakness: None
Resistance: Fighting
Retreat: 1

PP: Gas Cloud    30

(Uncommon)

    WOW!  This Pokemon has the ultimate ability.  To have more HP each turn! 
The really cool part is that it does not fall back to 40 HP when it is
Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed.  This is a great staller.  It has a pretty
good attack too.  I can see a deck with Sabrina's Gastly, Potions, a few
other colorless pokemon, and the rest Psychic energy.
    This also goes well with a Psychic stall deck, like mine.  Have Alakazam,
and each turn attach an energy to Sabrina's Gastly.  Each turn an extra 10
damage to hold and an extra energy.  Then use Mr. Fugi to shuffle all the
cards back in.  You have tons more cards to draw so your opponent will get
decked and all that damage will be gone!  This card can replace Chansey in a
PSYCHIC stall deck.

A Pokemon Power That has the ability to stall and inflict heavy damage for a
long time without being knocked out
A Pokemon Power not effected by any status effects
Good Attack
Many pokemon are weak to Psychic (Gastly wins againt another Psychic, because
it does 60 damage to them do to weakness and Gastly has no weakness)
Does not empty you pockets, because it's Uncommon

Disadvantages
Sabrina's Gastly can't inflict damage on pokemon that have resistance to
Psychic
