Hi to all those Pokemaniacs out there! It me Prof. Jb Wolf. I'm going to
list the top 5 Pokemon of each type.

    Fire:
    1. Charizard: All of you reading this are thinking, whats this piece of
crap doing here. Well, if you think about it, most Fire Pokemon have to
discard Fire Energy to do their strongest attack, and 120 HP and resistance
to Fighting is good.
    2. Ninetales: 80HP, Lure can get out those weak Pokemon, and Fire Blast
will blast it out of the building
    3. Fossil Magmar: 70HP, Smokescreen can maybe keep the opponent from
killing you, Smog's 20 damage+Poison is great, Basic, and its Uncommon! Give
me four of these please!!
    4. Arcanine: 100HP, Flamethrower, and Take Down were made for this
Pokemon!!
    5. Moltres: Decks are based around its Wildfire Attack and Dive Bomb
isn't so bad.
Honorable Mention: Charmeleon, Base Magmar, Ponyta, and Rapidash

    Grass:
    1. Scyther: 70HP, Basic, No retreat cost, resistance to Fighting, and a
pretty good attack. Whats not to like???
    2. Venusaur: Poke Power isn't bad, neither is 100HP, and 60 damage with
no draw back is great!!
    3. Pinsir: Irongrip does 20 damage+Paralysis and Guillotine is great
against most Basic evolving Pokemon. Drawback s is its weakness to Fire and
60HP! A Charmander's Ember could do him in!
    4. Nidoking: Now who could forget this Pokemon! Poison does 20 instead of
10 and Thrash isn't so bad.
    5. Muk: The KO'er of Raindance, Stall, Mime, Energy Trans, Energy Burn,
and the list goes on. Sludge isn't so bad either.
Honorable Mention: Vileplume, Ivysaur, Beedrill, Butterfree, Golbat,
Grimer, Venomoth, Koffing, Weezing, Exgeguttor and Nidorino.

    Electric:
    1. Electabuzz: The King of Electric Pokemon!
    2. Base Electrode: Buzzaps one of the greatest Pokemon Powers and
Electric Shock isn't so bad.
    3. Base Raichu: Agility makes it near invincible and Thunder is pretty
good. 80HP isn't bad either.
    4. Fossil Raichu: Gigashock is a great Bench KO'er.
    5. Base Zapdos: Mainly use it for Thunder and I only use Thunderbolt when
its gonna die next turn.
Honorable Mention: Jungle and Pokemon League Promo Pikachu, Jungle
Electrode, and Fossil Zapdos.

    Water:
    1. Blastoise: The Lord of the Raindance (Its a pun.)
    2. Articuno: 70HP, Freeze Dry's 30+Paralysis, Blizzard's 50+Bench Damage,
no weakness, and resistance to Fighting makes this Basic Pokemon a must in
all Water Decks.
    3. Lapras: 80HP, Water Gun, and Confuse Ray make this Pokemon a stable
Basic Water Pokemon and Ultimate Mime KO'er.
     4.Gyrados: 100HP, Dragon Rage's 50 damage, and BubbleBeam's 40+Paralysis
make this Pokemon a great card. Only Drawback is it evolves from
Magikrap....I mean Magikarp.
    5. Dewgong: 80HP, Aurora Beam, and Ice Beam make this Pokemon a
mini-Gyarados. Seel is a great starter too!
Honorable Mention: Squirtle, Wartortle, Krabby, Kingler, Psyduck,
Golduck, and Omanyte.

    Fighting:
    1. Hitmonchan: Still the King of Fighting Pokemon!
    2. Hitmonlee: Hitmonchan's Stronger Attacks, lower HP brother.
    3. Machamp: It can get around most Fight Resistant Pokemon with Seismic
Toss and Strikes Back isn't so bad either.
    4. Aerodactyl: Prehistoric Power keeps off Raindance and Evolution decks.
    5. Onix: The third Poor Man's Chansey. Harden and weakness to Grass is
somewhat good.
Honorable Mention: Kabutops, Machop, Marowak, Diglett, and Dugtrio.

    Psychic:
    1. MP Mewtwo: Named One of the Most Broken Pokemon Cards in America.
    2. Gengar: Curse and Dark Mind were meant for each other, and the one
retreat cost can get him back to the Bench for heavy damage dealing and
healing.
    3. Alakazarm: The Main Part of the almighty Stall Deck!
    4. Mr. Mime: The King of Heay Hitting Stall
    5. Kadabra: Super Psy is a great attack. Three retreat cost is bad
though, guess thats why he has Recover.
Honorable Mention: Fossil Gastly & Haunter, Base Mewtwo, Jynx, Slowpoke,
and Slowbro

    Colorless:
    1. Wigglytuff: Fill your Bench and Wave the Opponent GOOD BYE!!
    2. Chansey: The Ultimate Staller! ONe retreat cost is great for healing.
    3. Lickitung: The Poor Man's Chasey!!
    4.  Kangaskhan: The Second Poor Man's Chansey, and Fetch make this a
great Pokemon Card.
     5. Farfetch'd: The Scyther before Scyther.
Honorable Mention: Jigglypuff, Snorlax, and Eevee

I'm going to list the Trainers in the Top 10

    Trainer:
    10. Lass: Raindance and Stall usually fall to this Trainer since they
rely on Trainers.
    9. Scoop Up/ Mr. Fuji: Scoop Up gets the Active away from the battle zone
and Mr. Fuji gets your damaed Bench Pokemon back in the deck.
    8. PokeDex: Plan the future to your deck.
    7. Pokemon Center: Energy Trans and other Healing Grass Decks need this
card.
    6. Defender: Makes Mr. Mime Invincible for four turns!!
    5. Pokemon Breeder: Evoulution and Raindance Decks have four of these.
    4. Comp. Search: Need that PlusPower or Pokemon Breeder? Use this Trainer
to get it.
    3. Item Finder: You need one more Prize, and the current Active Pokemon
has tons of HP, and on the Opponent's Bench is a weak Pokemon that you could
KO in one hit, and you have already used up all the GoWs you have? Use this
Trainer to get it back and win the game!!
    2. ER & SER: These guys set your Opponent's plan one or two turns behind.
    1. Bill & Prof. Oak: Two Words: Card Advatage.

Thats my What's on Top?! Send any complaints on any of them, except
Charizard because I know all of you are going to say "What are you an
IDIOT!!" or "You are the most idiotic man in the WORLD!!". So, don't!
