I haven't played in that many battles, but I noticed that in a lot of decks 
in the killer decks section are stallers and they use Chanseys to soak up the 
damage, while powering up other Pokemon.  I found two stallers that are not 
nearly as hard to find as Chansey.  They are Onyx and Rhydon.  Onyx is common 
and Rhydon is uncommon.  That makes them easy to find.  Onyx has 90 HP and 
that is very good for a Basic Pokemon.  Rhydon has 100 HP and it is a stage 1 
Pokemon.  So if you are making a stalling deck and you dont have a huge 
selection of cards, use Onyx and Rhydon
