Okay, this is one of the most over looked cards there is.  This card is 
Rattata.  He is probably the best starting pokemon there is.  First of, if 
you put him out for your first pokemon you can really deal damage.  No basic 
pokemon can deal 30 damage on their first turn.  So anyway, you've put him 
out and attached an energy to him.  he deals twenty damage.  then either 
retreat him for nothing or evolve.  now you have raticate with 60 life, still 
doing twenty damage for 1 energy!!!!!!!!Rattata is one of the best basic 
pokemon, i know this as a fact.
