Subject: Chance Encounter/squee's revenge combo deck by Karl Reed

first off let me start this off with saying that i'm not sure how many or if
any one thought of this combo before me but i figured i give it a whirl and
send it in and see what kind of a reaction i can get. magic has all ways
been about having fun playing a game that you enjoy or at least to me it is.
building a deck that is as fun to play as it is to bulid is one of the
greatest in magic plus it can be quite embarrassing to other players if they
lose to a fun deck trust me i know (remembers how he lost to a fairy deck
and shudders)anyways im here to show you a combo/fun deck i created using
chance encounter and squee's revenge as the main cards in the deck latter on
i'll show u a deck bulit around the combo but before we can do that we must
get aquattied with the cards so first let me introduce you to chance
encounters.

game text: whenever you win a coin flip place a luck counter on chance
encounter. at the beginning of your unkeep if there are ten or more luck
counters on chance encounter you win the game.


now at first glance at the card you probably figure ok well it's not that
great i'll probably never use it just throw it in the ol trade binder there
and get on with my life.


now squee's revenge

card text:


choose a number. flip a coin that many times or until you lose a flip
whichever comes first. if you win all the flips draw two cards for each
flip.


once again a card of limited potential. but when both combined can make for
some fun here's how i would bulid a deck using them and i'll give
explanations for certain cards.

2x Flametounge kavu (creature kill)


3x Thieving Magpie (card draw)


2x Skizzik (quick back up damage)

3x Suffocating Blast (counter plus creature kill)


4x Fact or Fiction (card draw)

3x mana clash (once again a card that has you flip helps with chance
encounter)


4x squee's revenge (main card in the deck)


4x chance encounter ( main card in the deck)


3x lighting blast (instant speed damage)


2x shock (instant speed damage)


4x Molten Influence (counter spell unless they take damage thats ok by me if
they take the damage)


3x quick sliver daggers (1 damage and draw a card)

this is how i would bulid the deck probably not the best but hey it's a
