Here is my latest Type II deck.  B/U is a strong color combination.  After
limited playtesting, this deck seems to work quite well, holding it's own in
most match-ups.

I imagine this deck list is similar to other B/U builds, although the
sideboard may be somewhat different.  I plan to try using Massacre against
the mighty Rebels with counter backup, since it seems this card is not used
much anymore. I'm hoping for that surprise factor.

Nobody in my area uses Ports either, so I'm forgoing Tsabo's Web and running
two Dust Bowls in the sideboard to handle all the non-basic lands.  Most
players I face are using Adarkar Wastes, City of Brass or similar lands, so
Dust Bowl is a good choice.

Yawgmoth's Agenda is sideboard first game, being the only enchantment in the
deck.  Game two they have the potential to be devastating since most
opponents will side out their enchantment removal after game one.  Agenda's
casting cost keeps it as a mid to late game option anyway.  Maybe I should
sideboard some Rituals, or even Stormscape Familiar to speed their
deployment?

Otherwise, the sideboard is pretty self-explanatory.  You may also notice
that the entire deck, pre-sideboard, consists of all 2cc and 3cc spells.
Only three cards cannot take advantage of the Nightscape Familiar's ability,
Cavern Harpy, Ravenous Rats and the Familiars themselves, but they are all
2cc anyway.  The Dust Bowls can potentially take the decks mana base up to
24, which helps offset the cost of some of the more expensive sideboard
cards.

I am going to play this in two tourneys over the weekend.  After that I may
write a report, and a follow-up on this deck for any changes that become
apparent.  Enjoy!
