YES I AM LAND HEAVY BUT we love compulsion and it feels good to have double wake on the field and then marari decree of justice to make 16 6/6 flying angels. WAR TAX is an awesome enchantment it costs 1 blue and x colorless and creatures cant attack for turn unless their controller pays X and with wake thats damn near impossible. then soothsaying you can pay X colorless and look at the top X cards of your library and put them back in any order and you can pay 2 blue and 3 colorless to shuffle your library if you dont like wat you see. the rest is self explanitory
