i've built a B/W deck around this combo, and it does extremely well. in the end, i normally win with around 100 health.

throw in some enlightened and demonic  tutors (i play casual, so i dont really worry about restrictions,etc.) to search for the combo (remember to get the WoW out first, then the bargain) and dark rituals so that i can get a bargain out early (seeing as that's half of the combo). 

really, the only problem i've come across is getting the combo out fast enough. however, once you have it out, it's pretty much a matter of time.

PS: i realize that a simple disenchant would ruin this, but i'm still working that and a few other kinks out~~
