Any deck that you have that contains black will do fine with this combo, except tokens.

 

First You have to play No Rest for the Wicked, which when sacrificed returns all of your creatures to your hand that were sent to the grave yard this turn. The following turn play

Decree of Pain and kill all creatures, then sacrifice No Rest for the Wicked to return your

creatures. Hopefully by this point you'll have the manna to drop out at least 1 power house

On the following turn Play as many creatures as you can, and if your opponent failed to

play a creature, you can attack without much fear of being hit yourself.

 

Recommendations on Playing this combo:

 

1) Best if you can give all your creatures haste.

2) Low Mana cost creatures work well with this.

3) Creatures with Fear also enhance this.

4) Caller of the Claws is a good add-on for this.

5) Avatar of Woe is a good (but expensive) Creature for this.

6) Royal Assasin is a good (median mana cost) creature for this.
