Subject: Correction to your site...
I believe I found an error on your Strategy Guide
page... Under the 12.05.02 header there is a strategy titled "Unlimited Damage
Made Easy- by Max" In it, Max uses a Channel / Ali from Cairo /
Heat Ray combo to supposedly spend 20 life (without dying) to produce 20
points of damage (presumably he picked 20 to kill off an opponent).
There are 2 flaws....
1.) Heat Ray can only target creatures, not
players. While he doesn't claim the damage would be used on a creature, it
seems like overkill to deal 20 damage to any one creature.
2.) Ali from Cairo states that damage that'd
reduce your life total to less than 1 instead reduces it to 1, but Channel does
not inflict damage. Instead, it causes a direct lose of life (which is not
preventable) therefore Ali From Cairo wouldn't allow anyone to pay
more life than they had and still survive.
Just thought you might like to know so you can
correct or remove the submission.
