Whenever Phage deals combat damage to a player, that player loses. A million times better than Ebonblade Reaper.

Unquestioned Authority gives enchanted creature protection from Creatures. One quality of protection means it can't be blocked by whatever it has protetion from.

Can't see the combo yet? Then you're a bonehead.

How about combining Hunter Sliver (All Slivers have Provoke) with Mistform Mask (1: Enchanted creature becomes the creature type of your choice until end of turn) and Phage? Due to Phage's creature-destruction ability, attack with her, and choose whatever creature you want to die.

And what about Inviolability? Preventing all damage to Phage allows you to pick off things at will, without the fear of Phage dying.
