First off if your gonna make a deck with this, throw in some Arcane 
Laboratory.  Lifeforces are like 56 cents each. Arcane Laboratorys are in 
7th edition are worth like 69 cents.  blind seer's are $1.31  so you could 
make this deck with less then $10 in it.  You can even make it cheeper by 
useing creatures you allready have.

Two ways to with with this deck.  You just put out a bunch of big creatures 
and attack.  You can also use a word of wilding (whenever you will draw a 
card pay 1 and skip that draw and put a 2/2 creater in play) in there but 
don't expect to make battle of wits owners to like you for it.(the game will 
last just about forever, could get close to the longest non inf game)

The only problem is that its slow.  It will be turn 5 befor you counter 
something, turn 2 lifeforce, turn 3 an Arcane Laboratory, turn 4 blind seer, 
turn 5 untaped mana.  I advise to take it slow, throw in some common counter 
spells nothing fancy.  If you have them side board capsize and naturlize.  
you may even want some provoke creatures something to kill off 1 and 2 
toughness creatures like Krosan Vorine 3/2(3G) or Feral Throwback 3/3(4GG).  
Krosan Vorine is good but won't take a 2/2 and pervents from a gang of 1/1's 
killing it off, it also is a common.  Feral Throwback has Amplify 2 but its 
rare so you won't see many of them.  For fun use both cause they are both 
part beast nothing like 8 +1/+1 counters on a 3/3.
