The idea is to deck your opponents. The elves and
growths drastically speed up getting the scalpys out. The faster you get things
out, the faster you deck the opponent. save the counterspells until something
really threatening gets played.
The reason for the large amt. of mana is for
Laquatus and Millstone's respective abilities.
