Now here's how this all works.  Basically this deck works on elves working off of each other's power.  First of all, there are four Wellwishers to ensure you keep a steady flow of life.  There are two Wirewood Hivemasters to create lots of insects for either cannon fodder or to load into your own Doom cannon, but I prefer launching my elves with the Doom cannon, the reason being is because the four Reminisce's will be able to shuffle whatever elves you sacrifice back into your library so you can bring them out for even more insects.  Use the Quirion elves for white (for the spells Test of Endurance, Allay, and Diversionary Tactics).  The 4 enchantments in this deck are very powerful when used correctly:

Intruder Alarm: Since your opponents creatures won't untap after their first attack, your wirewood lodges can untap your elves for you and you can ping him for some time.  If he brings in a creature to untap his own, remember that it untaps your elves as well and you can tap them immediately for extra life or to powerup the other elves (Timberwatch Elf).  Your Urborg elves are your best bet for blue, although you can also use Quirion Elves, Wirewood Channelers, or Birchlore Ranger's special ability.
This is an especially powerful enchantment if you have your voice of the woods out.  Tap 5 elves, 7/7 green elemental with trample comes into play untapping the 5 elves, Tap the same 5 elves...  With a couple wellwishers and wirewood channelers besides the 5 elves, it's an infinite life, infinite mana, and infinite 7/7 green elementals.

Test of Endurance:  A must have card when you play with wellwishers.  You can use either the Quirion Elves, Wirewood Channelers, or Birchlore Ranger's special ability (tap two elves for any color mana) for the white casting cost.

Diversionary Tactics: With lots of creatures, why not?

Quicksilver Dagger:  Good ping card if your opponent plays things like blinding angels.  You can take the damage since you have wellwishers and then you can ping them or launch creatures at them to do damage.

The only card that I might like to add is a fireball.  Here's the combo:  There are 26 elves.  I tap my two wirewood channelers for red, giving me 26 mana per or 52 mana overall.  Then, you use the seekers of skybreakers to untap them and you can tap the channelers 4 more times, giving a total of 156, but wait! There's more.  Use the 3 wirewood lodges to untap them again 3 more times for a total of 234, then tap your 17 forests left over for 251 mana, doing 250 damage to target opponent.  This, mind you, doesn't include the infinite mana combo shown above, of course mounting to infinite damage.
I didn't think this deck was too bad.
