Here's a nice combo, playing
green.
Stone Tongue Basilisk 4GGG
Whenever Stone-Tongue Basilisk deals combat
damage to a creature, destroy that creature at end of combat. Threshold - All
creatures able to block Stone-Tongue Basilisk do so. (You have threshold as long
as seven or more cards are in your graveyard.)
ODYSSEY
Blanchwood Armor 2G
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each
forest you control.
7TH EDITION
It takes some time to set up, but if you can
fend off the first round this ought to be fun, also try to get cards in your
graveyard..
Get out Stone Tongue Basilisk, enchant it
with Blanchwood Armor and a regenerate spell (and maybe Armadillo
Cloak).
Suppose you have 5 forests in play. Then a
Basilisk with only the Armor would have 9/10. If you reach thrershold, the fun
starts. Attack with the basislisk. Opponent has to block it because of
threshold. So all opponent's creatures block you. Divide the damage over the
creatures and whoopa, they're gone, because of the destruction ability. If
oppnent would kill Basislisk by blocking, regenerate.
