Strategy:
OK... One phrase "An empty graveyard is a happy graveyard" is this true? Yea if it's on your opponent's side. All you have to do is use this... Web of Inertia + Lost in Thought + Grip of Amnesia = FULL CONTROL.  Kay let's put it this way... you have Web of Inertia out then you enchant 2 of your opponent's creatures with Lost in Thought and that person has 8 cards in their graveyard and wants to play a spell but you use Grip of Amnesia to counter it. What the heck is your opponent going to do... choices: let 'em counter the spell and attack or remove graveyard and don't attack? hmmmm... your opponent will soon be in a state of confusion.
Scalplexis goes great with this deck because if u get him out early you can remove some cards from their library and get a good chance of removing some troublesome cards like Seedtime and Insist. But if your opponent manages to break through your spell countering and Scalplexis then give em a straight beatdown with your army of Wormfang Crabs and Cephalids. Defy Gravity goes great with Cephalid Constable because if your opponent set's up a defense against this guy jus give him flying for a turn and it's gonna be all good.
You can make this deck focus more on the countering by swaping your Cephalids for Stronghold Mecanist and Stronghold Biologist. And instead of having Defy Gravity put in Laquatis's Disdain in. So well build this deck and try it out... wreak havoc and bring Judgement

Until next time,
