Serra Avatar + Spirit Link.
 
Serra Avatar is a 7 or 8 mana creature that reads: Serra Avatar's power
and toughness is equal to your life total.
Sprit Link is a one mana enchantment that reads: Whenever enchanted
creature deals damage, you gain that much life.
By Spirit Linking Serra Avatar, its power and toughness will increase
twofold each time and thus also your life.
 
You could also use Armadillo Cloak is you want a quicker end and/or
splash green.
