Ok, so my main goal with this deck is to get two Timber protectors out
granting all my forests and treefolk indestructible. Then equip
worldslayer to Dauntless Dourbark to board clear everyone but me lol.
So far it works but can be slow occasionally. Right now its 60 cards
with a working sideboard... kinda... anyway im thinking of caving and
making it 75 cards and adding Tanglewalker and that myr that makes a
taret land an artifact land, that way i dont need to get Dauntless
Dourbark out to get through a defensive line. Another option im
considering is whispersilk cloaks. Also a friend of mine has a legacy
weapon/door to nothingness deck and i kinda want to be able to hold my
own against it.Man this email is getting longer than I had hoped...
one more thing then im done, i am trying to keep most of the cards in
the deck standard, right now i just sub the worldslayers for lignify
and its standard. Many thanks and I hope you can give me some uber
insight.

-Stew
"Uber insight" is what I do, Stew, so just sit back and pay rapt attention as I unravel the mysteries of Treefolk with really big swords.

First of all, there's a small problem here.  You said that this deck becomes Standard simply by switching out Worldslayer for Lignify?  I'm afraid it doesn't.  There's one more non-Standard card hiding in here-- Treefolk Seedlings.  That has to come out.  What can you put in instead?  I'm afraid there isn't much in the way of Treefolk that cost under four mana.  But I seem to have a penchant for adding cards to the deck and suggesting plenty of alternatives, so we'll just wait and see what goes in there.  Even without them, you still have 20 creatures, so I wouldn't worry yet.

Now that the deck is legal in every format you need it to be, let's see what we can do.  You have quite a few cards that increase your mana output.  I'm not sure you need all of it.  Search for Tomorrow is fine, but Overgrowth?  That can come out.  And the Rampant Growth can just become Search for Tomorrow.

Now, since your Worldslayer combo is so dependant on getting two Timber Protectors out, you should really have soem way of searching your deck for them.  The best way to do that in Standard is Primal Command.  The second best way is Summoner's Pact.  And the third best way is Diabolic Tutor.  It drops off pretty quick after that.  So add in a few Primal Command.  This will also give you an out against your friend's Door to Nothingness deck, since the "noncreature permanent" option can hit the Door, or his only needed source of a certain color of mana.

The next card you need to add is Evolution Charm.  There's really no situation where you won't want to draw this card-- it can get you another land, it can give your Worldslaying creature flying (to get through those defensive lines), and it can bring back a Timber Protector if need be.

That's more or less all I can think of for right now.  For your sideboard, I suppose you might want Rootgrapple, Woodland Changeling and Changeling Titan for extra Treefolk, or maybe Heartwood Storyteller against control decks.

Finally, if you find yourself struggling due to inconsistent mana, feel free to drop Doran altogether and go monogreen.  After all, Timber Protector only protects Treefolk and Forests, not Swamps or Plains.

Good luck!
