very effective Heated Thunder Deck. It has won me one tourney and to the second round in

Here's my results for the Gateway Neo and
Neo2 Tournaments in Erie, PA:
The first tourney was no prob. My first 3
rounds I ended up winning by no basic,
while the last one was a challenge here
they are!
Round 1: My first hand was pretty good. 1
Evee, 1 Potions, 4 Energies, and
Electabuzz. Electabuzz went right out. I
had to face a kid named John with a
Psychic/Water so I atleast had a little
advantage. He only had 1 basic Pokemon:
Squirtle. I won the coin toss and
immediately attached an electric energy. Boom!
Thundershock, half his HP and the coin was
heads so he was paralyzed. He
couldn't do anything so I killed him. No
basic I win!
Round 2: Almost The same hand as before but
no Evee instead a SER. This
the person I was facing had a Leaf Deck. My
Electabuzz went out and it was
gonna face a bulbasoar. He won the coin
toss and attached and energy. My
turn. I attached and used Thunder Shock.
Heads he was paralyzed. I was sorta
nervous because I only had 1 basic......but
so did he. Next turn he pulled out a
potion so I couldn't immediately kill him.
My next turn I attached another energy
and used Thunder Punch (if heads 40
damage). I flipped and got a heads. No
basic again. I won.
Round 4: This time I got 1 Blaine's vulpix,
2 magmars, 3 energies, and a
defender. The kid I faced had water so it
was no problem. I put out the magmar
and put the other 2 on my bench. he had a
poliwag and a horsea. I won the toss,
then my magmar attacked. One fire energy
and Smokescreen (he had to flip to
attack). He had no energies!! I attached
another energy and hoped to get heads
for smog. Luckily I did. Then he sent out
Poliwag, got an energy, and attacked.
20 damage to me since weakness. I used
defender next turn and used smog,
but got tails. 20 damage to him. Then he
used watergun again 10 damage to me
after weakness. I used smog again and he
was dead. No basic I won.
Round 4: The last round. Me Vs Dan. His
Haymaker Vs My Heated Thunder. My
first hand was 2 magmars, a pikachu, 2
energies, and 2 potions. I sent out
pikachu Vs his hitmonchan. I attached the
dce and an electric energy since dce
isn't basic. Thunder Jolt to him 30 damage
none to me. His turn. hitmonchan
used jab. I was dead. next I sent out
magmar. Smoke Screen to him. On Dan's
turn he flipped a tails. My turn I
used smog. 20 damage and he was poisoned.
Before his turn he died. Next he sent out
an empty hitmonlee. I used smog
again. Heads again. He took damage before
his turn, he was down to 30. My
turn arrived and I used smog again. Before
his turn he died. No Basic I won the
Tourney!!!!
This time I was not so lucky. I started out
good, but finished bad.
Round 1: I Started out with Zapdos. May I
remind u that this tournament was 3
prizes only. As I was saying. I had Zapdos,
pikachu, vulpix, and 4 energies. The
person I faced was a new kid and had
colorless. My Zapdos Vs his only
pokemon, a Jigglypuff. I won the toss and
picked up another energy. Attached
1 to zapdos, his turn. He attached an
energy and put me to sleep. I flipped
before my turn and still was asleep. I
attached another energy to zapdos and
go another tails after my turn. he went and
attached another energy and used
pound, 20 damage. I flipped a heads and
picked up a dce. Attached to zapdos
and used Thunder. He lost with no basic.
Round 2: I got 1 vulpix, ninetails, 2 SER,
and 3 Energies. I faced another water
deck. He sent out poliwag against my
vulpix. He won the toss. he attached and
did 20, I had 20 HP left. I attached an
energy and couldn't attack. His Turn. He
used watergun again and beat me. I lost and
stayed to see who won. This
person made it to the finals but lost.
